Terms of Service
Last updated: May 29, 2026
By accessing or using StudyKit (praxiqiq.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
StudyKit provides a collection of AI-powered study tools that take user-supplied text or files and return structured outputs (notes, flashcards, quizzes, etc.). The service is provided free of charge and on an “as-is” basis.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the tools to submit assignments, exams, or other academic work in violation of your institution’s academic integrity policy.
- Attempt to extract training data, prompts, or other proprietary information from the underlying models.
- Upload illegal, harmful, hateful, or copyright-infringing content.
- Abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other technical protections.
- Resell or redistribute the service without prior written permission.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content through third-party AI providers (currently Google Gemini) and to store the structured outputs as described in the Privacy Policy.
No professional advice
StudyKit outputs are AI-generated and may contain errors. They are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, academic, or otherwise). Always verify critical information independently.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice. We may introduce usage limits, paid plans, or other restrictions in the future.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyKit and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Total liability for any direct damages is limited to USD $50.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
